Tetiba (tiba-tiba) je rasa nak makan ais krim
mana pula nak makan ais krim kat office ni
tunggu balik nanti lah
beli ais krim then campur dengan biskut Oreo
tak pun beli ais krim potong
sedap juga tu
lama tak makan
boleh buat macam ni..hoho
heyyy ..jaga makan weyyy
kang badan macam dipam-pam nantiiiiiiiiiiiiii
badan awak tu bukan jenis senang nak turun berat
haiss.. (o.O)
nak tahu tak?
tak nak pun kena tahu juga sebab dah baca kan..hoho
minggu ni perut sangat aktif bekerja 18jam
aku makan banyak
dari pagi pergi kerja sampai lah dah balik rumah dan sebelum tidur
gila kan
haha..lepas tu boleh tanya lagi
kenapa tak kurus-kurus macam Angelina Jolie (-.-")
minggu ni aku tak puasa langsung
minggu lepas puasa sehari je
okay.itu minggu lepas punya citer (cerita)
sekarang nak citer untuk minggu ni
disebabkan tak puasa
maka nafsu tanpa segan silu
ingin menguji tahap kesabaran diri untuk diet
dan juga metabolisma badan
oleh itu diri ini seperti sudah tewas sebelum perang
dengan relanya pergi membeli makanan
seperti hendak pergi berpiknik *bak kata officemates*.
nak tahu apa yang dibeli oleh si tewas ni?
sila scroll ke bawah lagi..ececeehh
mari mulakan dengan hari...
Isnin:
-breakfast: nasi lemak BERSAIZ KECIL .memang kecil okay..so tak apa kalau nak makan pun..
tak nak pun kena tahu juga sebab dah baca kan..hoho
minggu ni perut sangat aktif bekerja 18jam
aku makan banyak
dari pagi pergi kerja sampai lah dah balik rumah dan sebelum tidur
gila kan
haha..lepas tu boleh tanya lagi
kenapa tak kurus-kurus macam Angelina Jolie (-.-")

-breakfast: nasi lemak BERSAIZ KECIL .memang kecil okay..so tak apa kalau nak makan pun..

-Time to time *mengikut kepada bekalan yang disediakan* : karipap pusing berinti sardin, daging dan ayam (3 jenis) yang BERSAIZ KECIL ada 6 ketul, karipap biasa bersaiz biasa ada ..err..tak ingat berapa ketul,maybe 2 atau 3 macam tu dan buah mangga 2 paket. Bekalan ini tahan sehingga habis waktu kerja ye harap maklum iaitu pukul 5 petang ke atas.
Selasa:
-breakfast: nasi lemak BERSAIZ KECIL juga, cuma lebih kecil sedikit dari semalam/hari Isnin punya.
-Time to time *mengikut kepada bekalan yang disediakan* : buah mangga 2 paket, karipap biasa ada beberapa ketul..haha
Rabu:
-Breakfast: Buah Mangga sepaket
-Lunch: Mee goreng *beli untuk breakfast tapi sebab dah tak sempat so makan waktu tengahari*
-Time to time *mengikut bekalan yang disediakan* : karipap pusing BERSAIZ KECIL seperti biasa berinti sardin 4 ketul dan daging 3 ketul serta tidak ketinggalan buah mangga sepaket.
Khamis:
-Breakfast: Buah Mangga sepaket dan meehoon goreng dengan sambal ikan bilis.
-Time to time *mengikut kepada bekalan yang disediakan* : karipap pusing berinti sardin yang BERSAIZ KECIL ada 5 ketul, karipap biasa bersaiz biasa ada 3 ketul, kuih keria *yang macam donut tapi dibuat dengan ubi* ada 2 ketul dan buah mangga sepaket. *sebab sepaket tadi dah makan time breakfast.
Banyak tak..?tak laaaaaaahhhh
sebab kuih semua tu makan
sedikit demi sedikit
bukan sekaligus
demi menahan diri dari mengantuk
dan makan setiap waktu perut meminta
eh eh..tak..
makan waktu nak tahan mengantuk..
dah cakap tadi kan
nak tahan mengantuk..
betul..tak tipu
